Everything you need to sell parts on eBay

One-click listing

Push a part to eBay in seconds. Titles, descriptions, categories and item specifics auto-fill from your part and vehicle data. No more retyping.

Automatic stock sync

Sell a part in PartsCloud and its eBay listing ends. Sell on eBay and it is marked sold in PartsCloud. One stock source across both sides.

Order sync

Every eBay order lands in your PartsCloud order feed with buyer details, shipping info, and the original part record linked for easy fulfilment.

Smart category mapping

Car parts, motorcycle parts and EV parts each route to the correct eBay category tree automatically. No manual category lookup.

Photos from the workshop

Snap photos with the PartsCloud Scanner app on your phone. They are attached to the part record and pushed to eBay when you list.

Revise without leaving PartsCloud

Change price, quantity, title or description and the change pushes to eBay. End listings in one click. No switching between tools.

Buyer records

eBay buyers become customer records in PartsCloud automatically, linked to the part they bought. Build your customer database while you sell.

Safe disconnect

Disconnect your eBay account at any time from PartsCloud. The integration fully clears tokens and stops all sync. No lingering data.

eBay integration questions

How do I connect PartsCloud to my eBay account?

Click Connect eBay on the eBay Setup page and sign in with your eBay account. PartsCloud uses the standard eBay OAuth flow. You can disconnect at any time, which fully clears the integration.

Does it work with eBay UK only?

PartsCloud is built for the UK market and targets eBay UK by default. Listings use GBP and UK postage options.

What happens when a part sells on eBay?

PartsCloud syncs orders automatically. When a buyer purchases a part, it is marked sold in your stock, the eBay listing ends, the order appears in your order feed and the buyer is linked to the part record.

Do I still pay eBay fees?

Yes. eBay listing and final value fees are billed by eBay as normal. PartsCloud does not add any extra fee for listing or syncing.

Can I list motorcycle and EV parts too?

Yes. PartsCloud auto-maps parts to the correct eBay category based on vehicle type. Car, motorcycle and EV-specific parts route to the appropriate eBay category tree.

Can I revise or end a listing from PartsCloud?

Yes. You can edit titles, descriptions, prices, photos and stock without leaving PartsCloud. Ending a listing from PartsCloud also ends it on eBay.

What if a part is sold elsewhere?

When a part is marked sold inside PartsCloud through your store, invoicing or in person, the corresponding eBay listing is ended automatically so you do not double-sell.

Do I need my own eBay developer account?

No. You only need a standard eBay selling account. The integration uses PartsCloud's approved eBay application, so you connect with a normal eBay login.
