PartsCloud is the parts management platform we always wished we had, now available to every vehicle dismantler in the UK.
PartsCloud was born out of frustration. Running 77 Autoworks, a vehicle dismantling business in the UK, we spent years trying to make spreadsheets, off-the-shelf inventory tools, and sticky notes work for a job they were never designed for.
Every available tool assumed parts were identical, stockable items with barcodes, sitting on shelves. A dismantler's reality is the opposite: every part has a vehicle source, a condition, a reg to link it to, a photo to take, and a hundred places it might eventually sell. None of the software understood that.
We needed something that knew the difference between a parent SKU and a child SKU. That could look up a registration and pull the DVLA record. That could push a photo from your phone straight onto an eBay listing. That understood what an ATF is and why it matters at end of life.
Nothing existed. So we built it ourselves.
Every line of PartsCloud was written with a dismantler's workflow in mind. Not a generic inventory tool we bolted a "parts" label onto. Not a fleet-management product forced into a salvage yard. Real dismantler problems, solved by people who hit them every day.
That shows up in small, specific details: the reg lookup knows about DVLA quirks like SORN status. The eBay category mapper knows that car, motorcycle and EV parts go to different trees. The stock screen filters by the questions dismantlers actually ask, not the questions a retail software designer thought they might.
PartsCloud is operated by One77 LTD, a UK-registered limited company (Company No. 12025018, VAT No. GB478345061). Everything is hosted in the UK and Europe. Your data is backed up daily. Our terms, privacy policy and data processing agreement are plain English and linked in the footer.
PartsCloud is actively developed. We use it every day in our own dismantling business, which means every annoyance gets fixed quickly and every new feature is stress-tested on a real yard before it ships. Recent work: motorcycle and EV support, public webshops, mobile scanner app, full eBay UK integration, revenue reporting by vehicle.
If you are a UK vehicle dismantler who has tried to make spreadsheets work and lost patience, start a free trial. Worst case, you spend 14 days seeing how much easier it could be.
